Rustic jug handcrafted by Jack Welbourne exclusively for TOAST, for table water or flowers. Based in Cardiff, Jack creates this weighty jug in his studio, which is in a courtyard that is home to many makers. He studied pottery in Plymouth and has now been making pieces for 12 years. Hand-thrown from iron-bearing clay, with a pulled handle. Finished with a tenmoku glaze with wave markings. Each varies slightly in shape, pattern and glaze tone from brown to black.
